WELCOME TO NIGERIA CLEANING SERVICE LTD

Over two decades ago, a young woman approached the entrance of Nigeria’s premier cleaning company, eager to secure employment. Accompanied by her two young children, she fervently expressed her willingness to take on the role of a cleaner.

This determined individual was Elizabeth Olabisi Adeleye, who embarked on her professional journey as a humble cleaner. Assigned to various locations through NCS’s cleaning contracts with esteemed entities like Unilever, CAPL, and multiple branches of UBA, Elizabeth’s dedication and meticulous attention to detail quickly caught the eye of NCS management. Recognizing her commitment, she was soon promoted to the role of a Cleaning Supervisor.

As a supervisor, Elizabeth extended her expertise to oversee cleaning operations at other notable organizations, including the Insurance Brokers of Nigeria (IBN) and Diamond Bank (now Access Bank). Her final assignment, after diligently serving as a Site Manager, was at GZI, where she not only managed the site but also played a pivotal role in training numerous cleaners and supervisors.

After 23 years of unwavering dedication to the company, Madam Adeleye expressed her desire to retire, seeking the opportunity to spend more time with her grandchildren and pursue other personal passions. In honor of her service, the company organized a farewell celebration. The event was attended by her children, their friends, colleagues who had worked alongside her, and notable figures, including the Chief Executive Officer of NCS, Mrs. Marion Sheila Johnson, and the Director of Internal Control, Mr. Dayo Johnson.
