In its ongoing commitment to excellence, NCS Ltd recently organized a comprehensive one-day training session for its janitorial staff stationed at one of Nigeria’s largest breweries in Abebe Village, Iganmu, Lagos.

Led by a dynamic team comprising members of the departments of Operations, and Human Resources/Admin, the training aimed to equip cleaners with advanced techniques and a proactive mindset essential for maintaining impeccable standards and serving as exemplary ambassadors for the company.

During the session, the Operations team reps demonstrated practical methods for effectively removing dirt and stains from even the most challenging corners, providing invaluable hands-on experience.

Additionally, Ms. Ufuoma from the HR department delivered a motivational talk on the importance of diligence and proactivity in the role of a cleaner. Her insights resonated deeply with the participants, reinforcing the significance of their contributions to the company’s reputation and success.
